Adrienne and Nick held their wedding ceremony and reception at the tasty Hinnant Family Vineyard near Smithfield NC. I met the couple in their respective rooms at a hotel in Smithfield near the outlet mall. They had booked up quite a number of hotel rooms on one floor for all of the guests, bridesmaids and groomsmen. I started off by showing Adrienne the bridal canvas’s she’d ordered for being on display at the reception. And then we moved on to general getting ready shots. These were brief as the respective parties moved to the Hinnant Family Vineyard to finish off getting ready. The vineyard has a couple of rooms for each of the groups to get ready in and a perfect location to walk out to the ceremony.

The ceremony was held outside near the vines and beneath a huge canopy. With possible rain showers forecasted for that day. The couple took no chances and went super large on the canopy. It paid off, as the rain didn’t come, but the canopy created the best shade from the strong heat of the sun.

The reception was held within the main building at the vineyard. With an awesome DJ to keep the party rocking all night. Everybody danced the night away until the very end. With a sparkler exit just outside, the couple raced to the limo and took off for a spectacular start in their new life together.

This was a wedding I will always remember. With the scenic vineyards in the background during the ceremony and the strong bond within the families & friends. I was amazed at how many people came together to help one another and just have fun at the same time.
