The Festival of Trees was a fundraising event put together by the Assistance League in Raleigh NC. For the last few years, this non-profit organization has been raising money for local school kids in need of clothing and books. It’s a wonderful charity and a great team of people.

The studio was asked to photograph portraits of couples and families with Santa in front of one or more Christmas trees. We offered our time and online gallery services for free. We offered clients photographed at the event, onsite image previewing on a HP 24″ LCD monitor and offered a wide array of print packages.

All clients that spent a certain amount, were automatically placed in a raffle to win a free one hour family portrait session. Janice Williams had the winning ticket and we just finished her family portrait.

It was a huge success and we enjoyed every minute of it.
