Here’s a quick guide to ordering prints from the online gallery. First steps:
1. Navigate to the gallery by clicking on
– Weddings, Portraits or Events
– Client Name
– Image Gallery
2. Look through the gallery to find the prints you want
3. Click on the image you want to order and then click on the “Buy” button above the large image
4. A drop down menu appears below the button with two options
5. Click on the “The Photo” option in the drop down menu
6. A pop-up window appears with print sizes and quantity options
7. Click on the quantity “-” or “+” buttons in the quantity column for the respective print size and/or print type.
8. Print sizes of quantity 1 or more will automatically added to your shopping cart
9. Click on the “Back to Photos” button to return to the gallery and browse some more
10. Or click on the “Checkout” button to complete your shopping
11. You will then go to the shopping cart web page and you will see all the prints you selected
12. At this stage you can adjust the crop and/or quantities
13. When complete, click on the “Checkout” button
14. Key in the Shipping Address and then click on the “Next: Shipping Options” button
15. Select the Shipping Option and then click on the “Next: Payment Info” button
16. Fill in the Payment Info and then click on the “Next: Confirm Order” button
17. Now confirm the order and you’re all done!

You’re print order will come into the studio, where it will be reviewed and each image carefully polished off for a perfect print. Once each image is polished to look it’s best for the print size selected, the order is sent to BayPhoto, whom will print it and ship it to the address you supplied.
